Shani Grinberg

Shani Grinberg has over 10 years of experience in project management and engineering. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Project Management at H2Pro. From 2011 to 2021, Grinberg worked at BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd, where they held multiple roles. As Project Manager, they were responsible for leading development projects to improve company yields and profitability, initiating and developing projects in the production, storage, and distribution of new products, and preparing a full project detailed budget for management approval. As Environmental Projects Team Leader, they were responsible for leading critical environmental projects to implement the stringent requirements of the Ministry of environment standardization under tight deadlines, managing a team of three project engineers, and training new engineers with both technical and organizational guidance. As Process Project Engineer, they were responsible for troubleshooting and implementing required process improvements and new technologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and leading them from the concept stage through detail design and manufacturing and up to operational, and preparing full process packages including PFD, P&ID, and control & instrumentation.

Shani Grinberg received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2012. Shani then went on to receive a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from the same institution between 2017 and 2020.
