Kaisu Paasio

Kaisu Paasio is a Senior Specialist in Research Services at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, responsible for advancing the RDI strategy and enhancing the quality and impact of projects since February 2023. Previously, Kaisu served as a Senior Project Manager at the University of Turku's Brahea Centre from 2013 to 2023, managing international higher education modernization projects. Kaisu's academic career includes roles as a Research Associate in Entrepreneurship and a part-time Open University Lecturer at Turku School of Economics, contributing to curriculum development and teaching in entrepreneurship and project management. Kaisu also held positions as Secretary and Head of the Secretariat for the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship from 2005 to 2011, and as Course Coordinator for the Finnish Doctoral Program in Business. Kaisu holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from Turku School of Economics and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Turku.
