Ingrid Beckers-Nieuwenhuys

Ingrid Beckers-Nieuwenhuys is an experienced mathematics educator currently serving as a Docent wiskunde at Haags Montessori Lyceum since August 2019, focusing on HAVO and VWO upper-level students and coaching 4th and 5th-grade learners. Prior to this role, Ingrid taught mathematics at Leonardo College and worked as a Maatschappelijk Begeleider at VluchtelingenWerk West en Midden-Nederland, assisting refugees in integrating into society. Ingrid's background includes strategic marketing positions at KPN and Counterweight, as well as owning a consultancy for SMEs. Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in Education, Mathematics Teacher Education from Delft University of Technology and has an M.Sc. in Industrial Design Engineering from the same institution, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Antwerp International School.
