Christoph Marquardt

Christoph Marquardt has extensive experience in management, digitalization, and lean processes within various organizations. Currently serving as the Leiter Digitaler Haus-Konfigurator at Haas Fertigbau Deutschland since June 2018, Christoph has pioneered the Haas Haus Konfigurator to enhance customer engagement. Concurrently, Christoph contributes as a part-time lecturer and guest lecturer at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, focusing on Lean Construction and the Last Planner System. Previous roles include significant positions at Lindner Group, where Christoph implemented Lean Management across multiple departments and led the Digital Team to introduce innovative digital tools. Christoph's career began at Perfactum GmbH and Index Furniture, where skills in production management and machinery installation were developed. Christoph holds a Diplom Engineer degree in Wood Technology from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences.
