Eugene Kemp

Eugene Kemp has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a K9 Deputy Sheriff at Habersham County Sheriff's Office since November 2000, where responsibilities include EOD K9 handling, serving warrants and civil papers, providing court security, and performing patrol duties. Additionally, Eugene has been a Police Officer with the Clarkesville Police Department since 2004, focusing on patrol officer duties. Educational qualifications include training from the Northeast Georgia Police Academy in 1999, as well as a degree in firefighting and commercial truck driving obtained from North Georgia Technical College in 1999, and a high school diploma from Habersham Central High School, earned in 1997.
