Elsa Hailu

Elsa Hailu is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner and Commercial & Reward Manager at Habesha Breweries since September 2016, Elsa effectively consults with business units and provides HR guidance to line management. Prior experience includes roles at Ethiopian Airlines from January 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee placement, and the development of recruitment plans for young professionals. Elsa holds a Level V CIPD Qualification in Human Resources Management and Services and a Master's degree in HRM from Addis Ababa University.
