Salman began their career as a Computer Operator and Personal Assistant, where they gained experience in inventory management, invoices, and payroll systems. Salman then worked as an Executive Secretary in Saif Bin Dawish before transitioning to Mehran Sugar Mills Limited, where they served as an HR Officer and Executive Assistant.

Pasha then joined Faysal Bank Limited as an AVP HR Functional Specialist, focusing on rewards, policies, and projects. Salman analyzed survey data and participated in salary surveys to ensure equity and market norms were followed.

Continuing their career in the banking sector, Pasha took on the role of Head Rewards, Policies & Procedures at Dawood Islamic Bank Limited. Salman developed and implemented HR policies and procedures, aligned HR strategies with business strategies, and managed compensation and benefits administration.

Pasha then worked at Burj Bank Limited as the Head of Rewards & Services, where they liaised with legal advisors, managed third-party vendors, and oversaw payroll and taxation.

Their most recent position is with Habib Bank AG Zurich, where they hold the title of Group HR BP & Organizational Development (SVP). Pasha is responsible for HR relationship management and organizational development across multiple countries.

Salman furthered their education in the field of Human Resource Management by completing a Diploma from the Pakistan Institute of Management. Salman also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Islamic Banking & Insurance in London.

Throughout their career, Salman has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they obtained an HR Change Management Certification (HRCM) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Salman also earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB™) certification from the same institution.

In 2016, Salman attended a course at Terrabiz, where they learned about "The Business of People & the Future of Work" by Dave Ulrich. The following year, they obtained a Certified HCM Analytics certification from HR Metrics by Zahid Mubarak.

Salman is currently pursuing a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
