Muhammad Fayyaz Kerawala

Muhammad Fayyaz Kerawala has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Muhammad Fayyaz started their career at Kolachi Advanced Technologies as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2004. Muhammad Fayyaz later joined Alchemy Technologies as a Business Associate/Consultant from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Kerawala joined the Institute of Bankers Pakistan, where they held the position of Senior Manager - Training and Program Development until 2013. Muhammad Fayyaz then transitioned into the role of Senior Manager - Training and Institutional Relationship, which they held until 2014.

Kerawala joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2015 as a Short Term Consultant for a brief period of two months. Muhammad Fayyaz then worked at Ingenium Business Solutions as an Advisor from 2016 to 2017.

From 2014 to 2017, Kerawala worked at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as a Senior Manager - Instructional Design. In this role, they were responsible for training content development, evaluation, and the quality of training programs. Muhammad Fayyaz also took on additional projects to improve the services provided by HBL L&D.

Since 2017, Kerawala has been at Habib Metropolitan Bank as the Head of Learning, OD, DEI, HR Systems & Projects. In this role, they oversee the learning and OD function, focusing on needs analysis, course design, and development. Additionally, they are responsible for HR Systems & Projects and serves as the DEI lead for the bank.

Muhammad Fayyaz Kerawala, CPTD holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a BS in Computer Science from Karachi University, from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certified Professional from HR Metrics in 2023, the Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera in 2021, the HCM Analytics Certified Professional from HR Metrics in 2021, and the Certified Professional in Talent Development from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in 2016.
