Jorge Cravidão has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jorge started their career as a Head Nurse and later became the Director of Nursing at Instituto S. João de Deus. After that, they worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Universidade de Évora. In the technology sector, Jorge has held positions as a Business Analyst at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, a Product Manager at linkedcare, and a Product Manager at Jinga Life. Jorge also worked as a Project Manager at KWAN: Love, Respect, Community. Jorge's recent experience includes roles at ANF, where they were an Innovation Manager and Business Excellence Manager, and Nexllence, powered by Glintt, where they worked as a Project Manager and a Key Account Manager. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Director at Habit, focusing on onboarding insurance distributors and insurers and ensuring excellence in customer experience.
Jorge Cravidão obtained a PhD in Nursing from the University of Lisbon in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Addiction Behaviors and their Treatments from the University of Lisbon in 2009. Jorge also obtained a Postgraduate degree in Mental Health and Psychiatry Nursing from the University of Évora in 2009, and a Licentiate degree in Nursing from the University of Évora in 2003. Additionally, Jorge Cravidão has completed the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2021 and the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2019. Jorge Cravidão is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at AESE Business School, specializing in Negotiating with Excellence. Jorge has also participated in short-term programs in Business Innovation at IESE Business School and Japanese Management at Meiji University in 2022. In 2023, Jorge Cravidão is scheduled to complete two more programs at AESE Business School in the fields of Conducting Complex Sales and Negotiating with Excellence.
