Helen Quach

Helen Quach, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently, Helen serves as the People and Operations Manager at Habitat for Humanity Chicago since February 2020. Previously, Helen held the position of Operations Manager at Amazon from March 2015 to March 2019, where Helen focused on training, incentive program development, and operational efficiency while overseeing significant employee teams. Prior roles include Executive Team Leader at Target from January 2011 to February 2015, with a strong emphasis on sales growth and compliance, and 1st Vice President of Service at Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, where Helen coordinated over 300 events. Helen holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources Management from DePaul University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
