Jen Radicone

Jen Radicone serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County since June 2018, overseeing the Homeownership Program, risk management, and daily operations. Previously, Jen held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Creative Kids Childcare from March 2016 to June 2018, managing multiple educational institutions and leading staff recruitment, marketing initiatives, and compliance with health regulations. With earlier experience as a Director at both Creative Kids Childcare and Poughkeepsie Child Development Center, Jen has a proven track record in staff management, curriculum planning, and regulatory compliance, earning several awards for excellence in childcare. Jen holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Photography.
