Marnie Woodward, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries, specializing in human resources strategy, compensation, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region, Marnie has successfully implemented initiatives that significantly increased engagement and reduced turnover.
