Monika N.

Monika N. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital communications, strategy consulting, and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Communications at Habitat for Humanity International since January 2019, Monika also operates as a Consultant in Strategy for Startegy Consulting, LLC, and was a Co-Founder of the Initiative for Women and Girls from 2018 to 2020, focusing on empowering women and girls through workshops and programs. Prior to these roles, Monika held key positions at BCG BrightHouse, where strategic and creative guidance was provided to C-suite executives, and at AOL, where a variety of editorial roles were undertaken in photo journalism, including leading a photo division at Homestore.com and serving multiple positions at Turner Broadcasting System. Monika began a freelance career as a photojournalist contributing work to prominent organizations including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the United Nations. Monika is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
