Tessa Hillier has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Tessa is currently employed at Habito as the VP of Finance, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Habito as a Financial Controller from June 2022 to November 2022 and as a Finance Manager from May 2021 to June 2022.

Tessa's earlier experience at PwC includes a role as a Manager in the Structured Finance Group from January 2020 to April 2021. In this position, they managed teams and delivered external audit engagements for clients in the financial services sector, including retail banking and various special purpose vehicles.
Additionally, Tessa has volunteered as a pro-bono accountant at Accounting for International Development (AfID) in August 2017. During their three-week placement, they worked with an NGO in Nepal, helping to assess and build the capacity of the finance team.

Tessa Hillier completed their education from 2005 to 2012 at Bristol Grammar School. Tessa then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, graduating in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Tessa attended ICAEW, where they obtained an ACA qualification.
