Luis Navarro

Luis Navarro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, engineering, and technology management within the environmental and nanotechnology sectors. As a Business Development Manager at Hach since December 2019, and a Non-Executive Director and CTO at GrapheneUP since May 2018, Luis has demonstrated expertise in innovative applications of graphene and advanced instrumentation for water treatment. Previously, Luis served as COO at GrapheneUP, leading initiatives in R&D, industrialization, and scaling-up of nanotechnology solutions. Luis's entrepreneurial background includes founding and serving as CEO of Permeatia, focusing on water and wastewater treatment technologies. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Water Technology from IUCT Technology Center, Luis possesses a strong technical foundation complemented by diverse leadership roles across various organizations.
