Amy Stephenson

Amy Stephenson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Hachette Book Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Informa from January 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2017 to January 2019 and as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2015 to August 2017, where Amy started as a Summer Associate in May 2014.
