Seshni Jacobs

Seshni Jacobs is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Hachette Learning since December 2024. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Hodder Education at Hachette UK from January 2023 to December 2024, and over 11 years at Pearson where Seshni served as Director of Product Management, Director of Product Development, Director of New Business Development for Schools, Schools Publishing Manager for Mathematics K-12, and Publisher for Mathematics K-12. Seshni began a career in education with significant leadership roles in K-12 Sciences across various institutions, including Reddam House and Grantleigh Schools. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Product Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Physical Sciences from the University of Zululand, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
