Yaniv Choona

Yaniv Choona is an accomplished professional in the field of insurance investigations, currently serving as the Chief of Insurance Investigations at Hachshara Insurance Company LTD since March 2022, where responsibilities include initiating and establishing an organization dedicated to investigating insurance fraud. Previously, Yaniv held leadership roles at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, first as Head of the Investigations Department and then as Head of Investigation, contributing valuable expertise in the realm of insurance fraud. Prior experience as a Freelance Private Investigator from June 2002 to October 2010 demonstrated specialization in insurance fraud across all branches. Additionally, Yaniv worked as a journalist at the Israel Broadcasting Authority from January 2006 to March 2009. Yaniv's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and Political Science, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
