Yeşim Özlale Önen

Yeşim Özlale Önen currently serves as the Group President of Human Capital & Sustainability at Sabanci Holding and holds board member positions at Enerjisa, Enerjisa Üretim, and Kordsa, all since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Yeşim Özlale Önen was a Senior Client Partner and Director Consultant at Korn Ferry from November 2011 to March 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sabanci Holding from October 2007 to October 2012. Experience includes positions as a Project Manager at DDI Turkey and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Turkey and DBE. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University, alongside a foundational education at the American Collegiate Institute.
