Jessica Lam

Jessica Lam is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in advocacy and mentorship. Currently serving as the Manager of Resident Services and Resident Advocate at Hacienda CDC since August 2019, Jessica previously held the position of Enrollment and Matching Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles from May 2018 to July 2019, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and facilitating matches with a focus on child safety. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mentor and Academic Tutor at Help Yourself, where Jessica assisted high school seniors with college applications and supported middle and high school students academically. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Beloit College, obtained in 2018, and a High School Diploma from Felicitas and Gonzalo Mendez High School, completed in 2014.
