Mikaela Kyriazi

Mikaela Kyriazi is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Associate at Hack The Box since September 2024, Mikaela previously held the position of Customer Success Specialist at Bryq from April 2022 to September 2024. Prior to that, project management roles were undertaken at Blu Digital Group between March 2020 and April 2022, combined with responsibilities as an in-house translator and subtitler. Mikaela began their career in subtitling with AUTHORWAVE from August 2019 to March 2020. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Translation from Hellenic American College (2018-2019), a Bachelor of Arts in European Languages and Cultures from the University of Groningen (2015-2018), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (2013-2015), and a High School Diploma from the International Baccalaureate program (2011-2013).
