Daniel M.

Daniel M. is a Software Developer with extensive experience in nonprofit projects and academic research. Currently working at Hack4Impact since September 2020, Daniel has contributed to the development of a dynamic backend for the nonprofit 3DP4ME and a mentorship platform for Mentee, utilizing technologies such as Express, MongoDB, Node.js, React JavaScript, and Flask. As a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Daniel has developed tools and frontend components for various research projects. Additionally, Daniel has held leadership roles in student-run initiatives, providing technical guidance and organizing events. Daniel also gained industry experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Meta and as an IT Intern for Lynchburg City Schools. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Daniel graduated from Jefferson Forest High School in 2020.
