Victoria Davies

Victoria Davies is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Product at hackajob since October 2024, Victoria previously held the role of Lead Product Manager at Founder and Lightning, where collaboration with early-stage Founders focused on the design and iteration of MVPs for product-market fit. Victoria's career began at Jaguar Land Rover, progressing from Architecture Graduate Engineer to Architecture Engineer, highlighting strong project planning and technical issues resolution skills.
