Nikki Randolph

Nikki Randolph has extensive work experience in operational excellence and management roles. Nikki most recently served as the VP of Operational Excellence at Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc. starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at USPack as the Senior Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Operations for the USP Home division from August 2020 to January 2022. Before USPack, they worked at Freight Rite Inc as the Director of Operations from August 2019 to August 2020 and as the NE Region Manager from July 2018 to August 2019. Nikki's career also includes a long tenure at Hackbarth Delivery Service, where they held the role of Director of Process Improvement from March 1998 to July 2018. Nikki also briefly worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks coffee in 2004.

Nikki Randolph earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus in Marketing at Mississippi State University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
