Svitlana Diachenko

Svitlana Diachenko has extensive work experience in marketing and customer support roles. Svitlana is currently working as a Marketing Director at Hacken, where they are responsible for B2B marketing. Prior to this, they worked at Clario Tech as a Marketing & E-commerce Advisor and held various roles such as Marketing Campaign & E-commerce Lead, Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Campaign Manager. Before that, they worked at Kromtech as a Marketing Campaign Manager, Consumer Marketing Manager, and eCommerce Marketing Manager. Svitlana also has experience as the Head of Customer Support at Genesis and in quality assurance and support roles at ZEO Alliance and Kolo Global. Early in their career, they worked as a Promoter/consultant at ERC and as a Trainer and Sales Promoter at Intel.

Svitlana Diachenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication networks and systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2009. Svitlana then pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunication networks and systems from the same university, completing it in 2011. Prior to their university education, Ms. Diachenko attended the Kyiv Business Lyceum from 2001 to 2005, specializing in Business.

In addition to their formal education, Ms. Diachenko obtained several certifications. Svitlana received the certification "Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks in Google Cloud" from Google in June 2021, "Build a Website on Google Cloud" from Google in May 2021, "2-Day Growth Hacking Crash Course" from Growth Tribe Academy in May 2019, "Main Standard Requirements for the Service Provision by Customer Contact Centres Overview and Internal Auditor Training Course (based on EN 15838:2009 and ISO 19011:2001 Standards)" from Bureau Veritas in August 2016, "Office Guru" from Microsoft in January 2011, "Certified Bitcoin Professional" from the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4) in January 2023, "Apple Certified Support Professional 10.9" from Apple in March 2015, and "Apple Certified Support Professional 10.7" from Apple in December 2012.
