Michelle Tanner

Michelle Tanner has a work experience spanning from 2012 until the present, working for various companies in the fields of finance, research, and accounting. Michelle worked as an Accounting Intern for Woodbridge Village Association in 2012 and as a Brokerage Services Intern for CBRE in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Financial Analyst for Argent Management LLC. In 2015, they worked as a Research Associate for RETS Associates. Michelle then became a Senior Accountant and later an Associate, Finance for Hackman Capital Partners where they worked from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they work for the same company as a Senior Associate, Finance.

Michelle Tanner graduated from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a focus on finance. In 2013, they also did a study abroad program in Rome, Italy at John Cabot University. Michelle obtained a certification in ARGUS - Valuation DCF Software from ARGUS Software in July 2015 and has also obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from California Department of Real Estate. Michelle has completed REFM Excel for Real Estate Certification Level 1, but the month and year of completion are unknown.
