Bart R Minsky SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over two decades of experience in strategic and tactical HR leadership roles. Bart R served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hadassah, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs to increase employee engagement and grow organizational capacity. Previously, Bart was the Principal at BRM Human Resources Consulting Group, providing interim and project-based HR support to clients. Bart R also held the position of Regional Vice President of Human Resources at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, overseeing HR services for a multi-campus business unit. Bart's early career includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Leadership Effectiveness/CHRO at Capital Health System, where they led HR strategies for a merger.

Bart R Minsky SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from the New York Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, Bart R Minsky has obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2010.
