Shany E.

From September 2014 to February 2019, Shany worked as a Portfolio Director at Colt Technology Services. Before that, they served at Syniverse in various roles, including Senior Product Director and Head of Global Pre-sales. In these positions, Shany was responsible for managing a distributed team of Pre-Sales experts, supporting sales goals, introducing new products to the market, and contributing to contract negotiation and sales pitches. They achieved outstanding results, leading the business unit to meet service and sales targets and earning recognition as a top performer.

Shany's career started at Starhome in 2000 as the Head of Product. They played a crucial role in revolutionizing the international mobile roaming business and were part of a strategic task force team responsible for building the company's 5-year business plan. At Starhome, Shany led a team, developed innovative products, and contributed to market feasibility studies and investment strategies. Their efforts resulted in granted patents and applications that significantly impacted the international roaming business market.

Prior to Starhome, Shany worked at Motorola as the Head of System Group and at Nortel Networks as a Validation Engineer. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their expertise in product management, marketing, business strategy, and team leadership.

Shany E. pursued their education starting in 1995 at Tel Aviv University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1999. Shany then went on to attend Heriot-Watt University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
