Rachael is an economist with over 15 years' experience specialising in land use and transport economics, strategic planning and economic evaluations. Prior to joining Hadron Group, Rachael held roles at BIS Oxford Economics, Urbis, HillPDA, NSW Land and Housing Corporation and Auckland Council.
