Diego Pesce

Diego Pesce currently serves as the Director of Technology and Head of Operations and Technology at Haelixa Ltd since August 2022, following a tenure as Chief Scientist at Rapidemic from July 2021 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Diego held postdoctoral researcher positions at Universität Zürich and Wageningen UR, focusing on genetic circuits and antibiotic resistance enzymes, respectively. Education includes a Ph.D. in BioNanotechnology from the University of Groningen and dual Master’s degrees in Molecular Biology from Sapienza Università di Roma. Diego has also contributed to academia as a project supervisor and teaching assistant at various institutions.
