Leyth Ghribi

Leyth Ghribi is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of research and development, digital transformation, and mechatronics. Currently serving as Team Leader in the R&D and Digital Transformation Department at Anton Häring since July 2018, Leyth is responsible for leading digitization teams in Germany and Tunisia, focusing on the development and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for mechanical automobile parts production. Prior to this role, Leyth worked as a Software Engineer in the Industry 4.0 team, contributing to digital transformation initiatives across company sites in Germany, Poland, and the USA. Leyth's earlier experience includes a position as Mechatronics Engineer at Control Energy, where responsibilities included the automation and electrical components of the Energy Management System Software. Leyth holds an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Carthage and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Supérieur des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie de Sousse.
