Aditi Chandan

Aditi Chandan has over a decade of experience in content development and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Content Development at Hafele India Private Limited since March 2013, where Aditi focuses on creating engaging content for various employee levels aligned with business objectives. Prior to this role, Aditi worked as an Instructional Designer at SUD Life Insurance from April 2011 to March 2013, responsible for researching, analyzing, and designing training programs and materials. Aditi began a career in education as a Consultant Intern at RCDC Talasari, where daily sessions and workshops were conducted. Aditi holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from SNDT Women’s University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from BMN College of Home Science, along with additional educational qualifications.
