Archna Mahajan

Archna Mahajan currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development at Hafele India Private Limited since March 2023. Previously, Archna was the Training Manager at Josho Learning from July 2019 to March 2023, overseeing various aspects of the learning and development startup, including project, vendor, and stakeholder management. Archna has extensive freelance experience as a language translator from January 2007 to January 2019, specializing in translating movies, TV series, technical documents, and more in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Additionally, Archna worked as an Administrative Executive at VIBGYOR Group of Schools in 2013, managing library processes and engaging in events and employee activities, and as an HR/Admin Executive at Abhishek Industries Ltd. within the TRIDENT Group from 2004 to 2006, starting as a corporate librarian before transitioning to HR. Archna holds a PGD in Training & Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a PGDBM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a BLib & ISC from Panjab University.
