Praveen Ray has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in different companies and roles. Praveen started their career as a Sales Executive at H&R Johnson India Ltd in 2004, where they managed dealer networks and generated secondary sales. Praveen then joined Hafele India Private Limited in 2006 as a Project Coordinator, handling sales across Delhi/NCR and identifying projects for residential and commercial clients.

In 2008, Praveen joined Ingersoll Rand-Security Technology as a Territory Manager. Praveen'sresponsibilities included channel management, demand generation, material planning, and maintaining profitability. Praveen also focused on channel development and project execution in the residential and commercial sectors.

Praveen returned to Hafele India Private Limited in 2008 as an Area Manager, responsible for sales and marketing operations in Delhi/NCR. Praveen later advanced to the role of Senior Area Manager and eventually became the Regional Head for Hospitality Projects.
