Dariush Shahbaz

Dariush Shahbaz has extensive work experience in quality and customer satisfaction roles. Dariush joined Hager Group in 2021 and currently serves as the Group Development Quality Senior Director. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Development Quality Director. Before joining Hager Group, Dariush worked at Schneider Electric for over a decade. Dariush'sroles at Schneider Electric included Director Quality & Customer Experience, Offer Quality & Customer Expert Support Manager, Offer Quality Manager, Quality & Customer Satisfaction Manager, Plant Quality Manager, and Quality & Customer Satisfaction Engineer.

Dariush Shahbaz has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, acquired between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they also obtained a second MBA degree in International Management from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2018. Before pursuing their MBA degrees, Dariush studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at IAU. Moreover, they hold certifications in 6 Sigma Green Belt and Iso 9001 official Auditor from Schneider Electric.
