Erwin van Handenhoven

Erwin Van Handenhoven has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erwin started their career in 1981 as a researcher at the University of technology Compiegne. From there, they moved on to become the head of the systemic design department at the University Belfort Montbeliard in 1986. In 1992, Erwin became the director of CRIPS, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they became the CEO of WINCO Design and held this role until 2013. Currently, Erwin is the Design Director at Hager Group, a position they have held since 2013.

Erwin Van Handenhoven attended Hogeschool Antwerpen from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a degree in industrial design.
