Frederic Soler

Frederic Soler has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Financial Analyst at General Motors. Frederic then joined Hager Group in 2004 and held various roles such as Industrial Business Controller, Corporate Business Controller, and Finance Manager for China/Hong Kong. Frederic also served as the Finance Director for Italy and the Controlling Director for the Value Chain. Currently, Frederic is the Managing Director of the PM Flex Group at Hager Group. Throughout their career, Frederic has been responsible for financial consolidation, coordination of controlling activities, budgeting and planning, and managing inter-company transactions and transfer prices. Frederic has also been involved in acquisitions and played a key role in the set-up of the SAP module CO.

Frederic Soler attended EM Strasbourg Business School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Finance, comptabilité et contrôle de gestion. In addition, they also attended Mays Business School - Texas A&M University from 1998 to 1999, completing another Master 2 degree with a focus on IT, finance, controlling, and American history.
