Manuel Hirsch

Manuel Hirsch has a strong background in quality management and operations. Manuel started their career at E.G.O. Elektrogerätebau GmbH, where they worked as a Quality Manager in the International Business Area Gas. Manuel was responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, as well as planning and performing audits. Manuel then joined Berker GmbH & Co. KG, where they held various roles including Quality Manager and Laboratory Manager in the field of Wiring Accessories and Electronics. In their most recent role at Hager Group, Manuel served as the Operations Quality Director, overseeing the performance of the Supplier & Manufacturing Quality Organization worldwide. Manuel also developed and implemented quality strategies, methods, and reporting systems. Throughout their career, Manuel has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality management and has played a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and product quality.

Manuel Hirsch completed their education in Sensorsystemtechnik at Fachhochschule Karlsruhe from 2002 to 2007, earning a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur.
