Caryn Santee

Caryn Santee, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Global Director of People & Culture at HAHN Automation Group since February 2024, following a role as People & Culture Director across Invotec, Inc., HAHN Automation, U.S., and HAHN Plastics Automation, Inc. from December 2022 to February 2024. Caryn has also held positions as HR Manager at Invotec, Inc. and HAHN entities from February 2021 to February 2024, and as an HR Generalist from 2016 to February 2024. Previous experience includes HR Manager at American Pride Lawn and Landscaping, HR Specialist at PAC Worldwide, Operations Manager at LA Fitness, and District Loss Prevention Supervisor at Walgreens. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and Human Resource Management from Grand Valley State University.
