Danila Kreitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Danila began their career at NXP Semiconductors in 2014, where they worked as an Industriekauffrau for a brief period. Danila then transitioned into a dual student role for Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Communication and PR. After completing their studies, they became a MarCom Project Manager at NXP Semiconductors, where they remained until 2019.
In 2019, Danila joined Haiilo and started as a Partner Trainer, responsible for training and supporting partners. Danila later moved on to the role of Partner Engagement Manager, where they managed partnerships and ensured partner satisfaction. In 2021, they became a Project Manager in the Integration Management Office (IMO) as part of a merger between COYO, Smarp, and Jubiwee. Their responsibilities included team migration, defining new workflows, and establishing a unified company structure.
Danila currently holds the position of Field Marketing Manager DACH at Haiilo, a role they have been in since March 2022.
Danila Kreitz has a diverse education history. In 2011, they attended NXP Semiconductors Germany GmbH, where they obtained a degree in Industriekauffrau, although the field of study is not specified. Continuing their academic journey, Danila Kreitz enrolled at the Internationale Berufsakademie (IBA) from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Communication/ PR. Danila further pursued their education at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2018 to 2020, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Business Psychology. In addition to their degrees, Danila Kreitz obtained certification as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator from StrategicPlay® in May 2022.
