Sandra Carls

Sandra Carls has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sandra worked at Hailey HR from 2020 onwards, starting as a Customer Success Manager and later becoming an Expansion Manager. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they were responsible for building and managing the entire Customer Success department, recruiting and coaching the team, and developing processes. Prior to Hailey HR, Sandra worked at Swedish for Professionals where they held the position of CEO and HR Manager. As CEO, they supported and led all team members across different departments and had overall responsibility for the company's success and development. As HR Manager, they built the HR department, handled recruitment processes, managed payroll, implemented policies, and provided coaching to employees. Sandra also has experience as an HR Advisor at Ericsson, where they supported managers and employees on HR-related matters and received specialized training in labor law. Additionally, they have held positions at IKEA Group as a Kitchen Planner and Shop Assistant, as well as at Montico and AIESEC Sverige as a Human Resources Recruiting Assistant. Sandra also has experience in committee roles at PULS (Personalvetarnas sektion Linköpings universitet). Sandra started their career as a Customer Service representative at Telia Sverige and worked as a Shop Assistant at ICA.

Sandra Carls has a mixed education history with a focus on human resources and management. Sandra attended Linköping University from 2013 to 2016, where they studied human resources. In 2015, they briefly studied human resource management at the University of Guelph. In 2017, they furthered their knowledge in management through a program at Consultatum AB. In 2019, Sandra pursued additional education in digital transformation, data visualization, and digital productivity at Stellar Capacity. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they completed an Intensive PT program, earning the degree of International Personal Trainer and Licensed Nutritional Adviser.
