Ashraf Metwally is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in field operations and quality assurance within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager and previously as the Quality Assurance & Standards Manager at Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. since December 2011, Ashraf established a dedicated department for monitoring dealership performance and enhancing service operations. With a strong background in warranty operations and technical support, Ashraf has successfully managed departments for prominent brands such as Mazda and Geely, employing KAIZEN principles to optimize processes.
