Victor Wilson started their work experience as a Program Manager for Little Saigon Foundation in 2012. In 2012, they also started working as an IT Project Manager for Scripps Health and later became a Data Warehouse Engineer in 2014. In 2018, they became an Analytics Team Lead before moving up to an Enterprise Data Architect in 2019 until 2022. During their time as an Enterprise Data Architect, they oversaw the development and implementation of a modern data platform for Scripps. From 2021 to 2022, Victor also served as a Director for Clinical Excellence, Patient Experience & Quality at Scripps Health. Their most recent position was as the Principal Data Architect for Hakkoda in 2023.
Victor Wilson obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Oregon, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. Victor also acquired several certifications, including an Epic Cogito Project Manager certification, an Epic Radar Administration certification, an Epic Reporting Workbench Administration certification, an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL certification at some point.
