Turan Rustamli

Turan Rustamli is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Turan is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at HalalBooking, a position they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, Turan worked as the Chief Technology Officer at OneDome from March 2019 to December 2021. Turan also held the role of Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Palantir Technologies from September 2016 to February 2019. Turan has also showcased their entrepreneurial skills as the CTO and Co-founder of Landmax Software, where they designed and developed key components of the software solution for property agents and landlords from December 2013 to August 2016. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Optimax Software from August 2010 to November 2013 and at IDRAK Technology Transfer from June 2009 to August 2010. Turan's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology leadership, software engineering, and entrepreneurship.

Turan Rustamli completed a Master of Science (MSc with Distinction) in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Edinburgh from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Mathematics from Baku State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Turan Rustamli also completed a Learn Ruby Course at Codecademy in October 2021, earning a certification.
