Ahmed Mohsen

Ahmed Mohsen has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Merchants City Operations Lead at Halan since February 2019. In this role, Ahmed has held several positions, including Senior Merchants Operations, Fintech Supervisor for loans, P2P Area Manager, and Live Operations Specialist, demonstrating a strong ability to monitor and manage live operations for optimal user experiences. Prior to Halan, Ahmed worked as a Customer Service Representative at Xceed from March 2017 to December 2018. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, completed in 2019.
