Susan Klein has held a variety of roles in the past two decades. In 2000, they served as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Abaco Mobile. In this role, they provided direct support to the President and CEO by managing corporate and private calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel. Her administrative skills included vendor account management, processing journal subscriptions, file management, office equipment leasing, and trade show/event coordination. Susan also performed secretarial functions such as e-mail and formal correspondence, power point presentations, phone administration, mail processing, and expense report filings.
In 2003, they took on a part-time administrative role at National Aircheck, where they monitored projects for various organizations. In 2010, they joined Halco Lighting Technologies as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, they were responsible for Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Eterm, Visio, Outlook, Concur expense reporting, Top Dog sales management tool, and e-verify. Susan also managed corporate and private calendars, and made domestic and complex international travel arrangements.
Finally, in 2014, they became a volunteer at BlueHair Technology Group, a nonprofit organization that educates adult seniors about current technology and the tools available to them to connect and communicate with family and friends.
Susan Klein has studied Business Administration at the State of Georgia and Dekalb Community College.
