- Self-employed as a Science Distance Education Consultant from January 2017 to February 2020. Also worked as a Private Contractor specializing in flooring and finish carpentry from May 2015 to March 2018.

- Worked as a Sales Agent/Renewable Energy Advocate at Green Mountain Energy Company from May 2018 to September 2018.

Isaac Yep's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at the University of Alaska Anchorage to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Isaac studied in this program until 2016. In 2015, while still pursuing their bachelor's degree, Isaac began studying Mathematical Physics as part of a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies program, which they completed in 2017.
In 2019, Isaac enrolled at Portland State University, where they obtained a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science by the following year. Isaac then continued their education at Portland State University and graduated with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 2021.
