Pamela Shaddock

Pamela Shaddock is a co-founder of Coils to Locs, a company established in October 2019 that serves as a direct distributor of high-quality coily and curly hair prostheses specifically designed for Black women and others with textured hair, addressing a significant healthcare disparity related to chemotherapy-related hair loss. In addition to this role, Pamela has been involved with Halcyon as part of the Incubator Cohort 16 since February 2022. With a career as an independent entertainment professional since August 1998, Pamela has performed in film, television, and theatre alongside acclaimed actors such as Viola Davis, Sally Field, Glenn Close, and Sir Ben Kingsley. Prior experience includes serving as an administrative coordinator for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California from October 2013 to August 2021. Pamela holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Adelphi University and has also studied at Emerson College.
