Deepak Rohilla

Deepak Rohilla has extensive work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Deepak started their career in 2002 as an Officer in Production at Bambino Agro Industries Limited, where they handled a workforce of 50 and was responsible for achieving production targets. Deepak then worked as a Shift In Charge at Speedway Food and Beverage Private Limited, where they were solely responsible for sales plan adherence and monitoring production and dispatch.

In 2007, Deepak joined Mars as an Executive in Production, and they worked there until 2011. Following this, they worked at Aditya Birla Retail Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating production in North India. Deepak also worked closely with the marketing team for product planning and promotions.

In 2013, Deepak joined Gopal Corporation Limited as a Production Manager and acted as the plant head. Deepak led multiple functional departments and ensured the adherence to sales plans and resource utilization. Deepak then moved to Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as a Production Manager, where they managed production planning and led a team of shift in charges and indirect team members.

In 2019, Deepak joined RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group as a Senior Manager, where they successfully set up a greenfield snack food project and completed installation and commissioning of fyrem line projects at a contract manufacturing location. Currently, Deepak works at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. as the Operational Head-3P in Gaya, Bihar. Their responsibilities include managing copack operations, erection, and commissioning of new plants and machinery.

Deepak Rohilla has a Diploma in Food Tech from Govt Polytechnic College. Deepak also holds a B.Tech in Chemical Tech with a specialization in Food Tech from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute. Additionally, they have a Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), specializing in Packaging technology.
