Ahmed Bardooli

Ahmed Bardooli has a diverse range of work experience. Ahmed began their career as a Summer Intern at Aluminium Bahrain in 2011, where they worked on a project to improve energy efficiency. Ahmed then interned at Bahrain Petroleum Company in 2013 and Tatweer Petroleum in 2014, gaining experience in engineering and subsurface planning departments. In 2015, they worked as an Industrial Trainee at Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co.

From 2014 to 2018, Ahmed pursued their education at Tufts University while also working as a General Chemistry Lab TA and Peer Tutor. In 2016, they participated in an EDAD Workshop at McKinsey & Company. After completing their studies, Ahmed joined Tufts University as a Student Researcher from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Ahmed joined Bahrain Petroleum Company as a Project Engineer, where they managed projects, provided engineering support, and investigated refinery problems. Ahmed later took on the role of Associate Senior Process Engineer in the Thermal Processes and Hydrocracking & Lube Base Oil departments, where they optimized unit performance and led design projects.

In 2019, Ahmed joined CPISPAA, where they served as Vice President, leading the organization's strategy and operations and representing them at events and in the media. Ahmed also held the role of Treasurer. In 2024, Ahmed joined Topsoe as a Principal Technical Service Engineer.

Ahmed Bardooli attended Tabor Academy from 2011 to 2013 for their high school education. In 2012, they participated in the Intro to Engineering Program at Brown University. Ahmed then went on to attend Tufts University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering. Ahmed furthered their education at Tufts University from 2017 to 2018, completing a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
